CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

A woman is allowed to change her mind, right?

Yes, you can! Contact us immediately within 30 minutes of placing your order to make changes to it or to cancel it. 

Contact us within 30 minutes from the time-of-order either via Instagram Direct Message or through the Contact Box and include the header ‘CANCEL ORDER’ to expedite the issue with the following information in the message:

1) Your order number (i.e #4312)

2) Reason for cancellation

Not to worry! If you have keyed in the wrong address, please approach us via Instagram Direct Message or through our Contact Box. We'll work as fast as possible to update your address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we do! 

All international deliveries are made by our third party delivery partner. Orders are shipped weekly.

We ship to Malaysia, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Cambodia, Maldives, United States of America, United Kingdom, France and United Arab Emirate.

Delivery will take 1 - 4 business days after you receive your tracking number.

All shipping rates are LIVE provided by the carrier. As these rates are directly from the shipping carriers, we have no control over the shipping rates.

Each carrier will have a different rate.

FAILED DELIVERY OR MISSING PARCELS

We hate the anxiety of waiting too.

Don’t worry! We suggest that you first check your parcel’s journey via the tracking code given to you in your email (this is sent to you within 48 hours from the time you placed your order).

To check the tracking of your package, please click the link here and enter your tracking code (e.g QS123456789).

If you're still not able to locate your parcel, contact us via Instagram Direct Message or through our Contact Box with your order number and we will work to get to the bottom of this.

In the case of a failed delivery, our local delivery partner will attempt to re-deliver the parcel on the following day.

There will be a total of 3 re-delivery attempts before the parcel is sent back to us.

RECEIVED WRONG ORDER OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

2) The name of the product

3) Photograph of defect

We will be in touch within 24 hours to advise you on the availability of a replacement.

Returns and Exchanges

This is why you shouldn't guess your size.

Exchanges are applicable only if your waist trainer is either:

1) faulty or defective 

2) an incorrect order

3) an incorrect size 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. Products should not have any smell,  odour, creases or tears.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

There will be a $5 re-delivery charge.

Please contact us within 7 days from the date the order was shipped either via Instagram Direct Message or through our Contact Box.

Exchanges are applicable only if your waist trainer is either:

1) faulty or defective 

2) an incorrect order

3) an incorrect size

HOOLAH PAYMENT

3 monthly installments at 0% interest.

hoolah is a fintech company that allows retailers to offer customers (like you!) to buy now and pay later. Their installment system allows you to pay 3 equal installments at 0% interest over 3 months. For more information about hoolah, read more here.

hoolah is only available to Singaporeans aged 18 years old and above. When signing up with hoolah, please provide the following details:

1) A Singapore NRIC or FIN number

2) A mobile phone number issued with a Singapore prefix (+65)

3) A valid email address

4) Credit card / Debit card issued by a financial institution

No, you don’t have to! There is a 0% interest made when you make your installments.

Reminder emails will be sent before the due date by hoolah.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for orders made with hoolah.

RECYCLING REBATE

Get $10 off when you trade in your old waist trainer.

Waistlab is currently transitioning to a more eco-friendly company, and we hope to give back to the environment to the best of our abilities. We understand that after many of you successfully downsize, your previous waist trainer will not be used.

Let us help you by gifting you a discount on the spot when you come over to our showroom, while we recycle the waist trainer’s parts after you bring it back to us.

It is only applicable for our #WomenofWaistlab with Waistlab waist trainers. We do not accept waist trainers that were bought before June 2019.  Please prepare your: 

1) Order number from when you purchased / Date when you purchased

2) Mobile phone number issued with a Singapore prefix (+65)

3) Valid email address

4) Previous waist trainer(s)

No, you can’t! We will only be accepting Waistlab waist trainers.

It will be $10 off for every waist trainer that you trade in. Please note that you’ll have to purchase a new waist trainer at the same time that you’ll be trading in. 

No, you’ll only be able to enjoy the discount when you come over to our showroom. You’ll have to trade-in your old waist trainer and purchase a new waist trainer at the same time.

We’re still looking around for the best solution on recycling the different materials of our waist trainers. We understand the metal can be recycled with NEA. If you have any suggestions, we’d love to hear it.
